Printing Tips

This is a multi-component set, so print settings vary by part. Here is how to get the best results from each piece.

Caps and logo tops: Drop down to 0.08mm layer height for the sharpest logo detail. At this layer height the Jolly Roger, Gear 5, and Devil Fruit artwork comes out clean and sharp. Use 100% infill with a lines pattern.

Box bottoms: These do not need fine detail. Print at 0.20mm for speed. If you want a stiffer, more durable box go with 6 wall lines on the strong setting. The standard 2-wall setting is lighter and prints faster.

Multi-color Bambu users: Open the 3MF file directly in Bambu Studio. Colors and filament assignments are already set up on each plate. Swap in your own filament colors as needed and hit slice.

Single-color printing: Use the individual STL files. Print the cap and logo in different colors and swap them for a two-tone effect without needing an AMS.

About One Piece Card Game Deck Boxes

The One Piece Card Game uses standard TCG card dimensions. Unsleeved cards are 63 x 88mm. With a single sleeve they run approximately 65 x 90mm, and with double sleeves closer to 68 x 93mm. This deck box is designed to fit both single and double sleeved configurations.

A standard One Piece Card Game deck is 50 cards. The commander card sits in the dedicated front slot on the box, giving it its own display window separate from the main deck.

The maker set format means you are not locked into one look. Print a black box with a red Luffy cap one week, and swap the cap for a Devil Fruit logo the next. The caps are designed to be interchangeable across the base cases in this set.
