About This Model
The OreKo One Piece Card Game Deck Box features two of the most iconic designs in the One Piece universe: the classic Jolly Roger Luffy skull and the Luffy Gear 5 sun halo. This is a single deck box with interchangeable logo caps, designed specifically for the One Piece Card Game in standard single-sleeve format.
The box holds a full deck plus bonus cards and includes a dedicated front slot for your main commander card. Everything you need is in the download: the box body, both logo caps combined and separated for multi-color printing, bonus blank cases for custom builds, and Bambu Studio 3MF files with colors and plates pre-configured for the X1C, A1, and A1 Mini.
Bonus logo files for Luffy, Luffy Gear 5, Devil Fruit, and Devil Fruit cut-outs are included for your own experimentation and custom cap designs.

Printing Tips
Logo caps at 0.08mm: The Jolly Roger skull crossbones and the Gear 5 sun halo rays are fine detail pieces. At 0.08mm layer height every line in the artwork comes out sharp and legible. This is the setting that separates a display-quality cap from a functional-but-rough one. The cap is small so the extra print time is measured in minutes, not hours.
Box body at 0.20mm: The box does not need fine detail. Print it fast at 0.20mm. If you want stronger walls for regular use, bump wall lines to 6 on the strong setting. The standard 2-wall version is lighter and faster.
Multi-color Bambu printing: Open the 3MF file in Bambu Studio. Color assignments are pre-set. Slot 1 for the box body color, slot 2 for the logo artwork. Select your filaments and slice.
Single-color printing: Print the box body in one color and the cap separately in a contrasting color. The cap presses onto the box. Black box, white Jolly Roger cap. Or red box, gold Gear 5 cap. The combination is up to you.
About the Jolly Roger & Gear 5 Designs
The Jolly Roger is the skull-and-crossbones flag of the Straw Hat Pirates, one of the most recognizable symbols in the One Piece universe. Luffy’s version features the iconic straw hat perched on the skull, distinct from every other crew’s Roger in the series.
Luffy Gear 5 introduced a redesigned visual language centered on the sun god Nika, represented by the radiant halo of sun rays around the Gear 5 mark. It has become one of the most sought-after design themes in the One Piece Card Game community since its introduction.
Both designs are included in this single download. Print the Jolly Roger cap for your base deck box and add the Gear 5 cap as a swap-in option for your Luffy Gear 5 card deck. The caps are designed to be interchangeable on the same box body, so one box serves both designs.

What the 3MF File Contains
The Bambu Studio 3MF file includes pre-configured plates for the X1C, A1, and A1 Mini. Open the file in Bambu Studio and you will see:
- Box body components on one plate
- Logo cap components with color assignments on a second plate
- Filament slots pre-assigned: body color in slot 1, logo artwork in slot 2
- Print settings already applied to each component based on the recommended profiles above
