The Nevada Side-by-Side Dollhouse Refrigerator is a highly detailed 1:12 scale miniature designed for dollhouse builders, diorama creators, and miniature collectors. This is a full modern side-by-side refrigerator with opening doors, printed completely without supports.
The model comes in two scale options: 1:12 (standard dollhouse scale) and 1:16, giving you flexibility for different build sizes. All parts are separated for easy assembly with minimal glue on a few key areas.
Two hinge options are included: use simple flower wire as a hinge pin, or use the included nip version that requires no hinge hardware at all. Everything you need is in the download.

0.4mm
Standard nozzle diameter. No special hardware needed.
0.20mm or 0.16mm
Standard 0.20mm works well. For sharper detail, drop to 0.16mm or even 0.12mm on the finer pieces.
15% standard / 100% small parts
Large body pieces print fine at 15% infill. Print smaller detail parts at 100% infill using a lines pattern for maximum strength and detail.
None required
All STL files are oriented for support-free printing. The 3MF Bambu file has rotation already set. Do not add supports unless specifically instructed.
| Nozzle Size | 0.4mm |
| Layer Height | 0.20mm (standard) / 0.16mm or 0.12mm (detail) |
| First Layer Height | 0.2mm |
| Supports | None |
| Wall Lines | 2 |
| Top / Bottom Layers | 5 top / 5 bottom |
| Infill Density | 15% (large parts) / 100% (small detail parts) |
| Recommended Filament | PLA (any color) |
This model is designed for easy assembly. Parts are separated and pre-oriented so you can print each piece individually and put them together without any complicated geometry.
Hinge options: The wire hinge version uses a short piece of 1.75mm filament cut to length and inserted as a hinge pin. It is a perfect interference fit. The nip version snaps together without any additional hardware at all.
Glue: A small amount of super glue or PLA-compatible adhesive on the main body joins is all you need. Keep glue away from the hinge areas so the doors remain free to open and close.
Bambu users: Open the included 3MF file directly in Bambu Studio. Everything is pre-plated and oriented. Select your filament and hit slice.
The 1:12 scale (also written as 1/12) is the most widely used standard for dollhouses. In this scale, one inch represents one foot of real-world size. A standard full-size refrigerator stands about 5 to 6 feet tall, so at 1:12 scale it prints roughly 5 to 6 inches tall.
This scale is compatible with the vast majority of commercially available 1:12 dollhouse furniture, figures, and accessories. If you are building or decorating a dollhouse, 1:12 is almost certainly the scale you want.
The 1:16 scale version included in this download is slightly smaller and works well for more compact builds or scenes where a smaller appliance better fits the overall composition.
The included 3MF file is pre-configured for Bambu Lab printers. The STL files print on any FDM printer.
