Why Players Are Printing Their Own Deck Boxes
One Piece Card Game has grown fast. The community is passionate, the card art is striking, and the chase for themed accessories is real. Walk into any locals or regional tournament and you will see 3D printed deck boxes alongside the commercial options.
The reason is simple: a 3D printed One Piece deck box gives you things a store-bought box cannot. Your logo. Your crew. Your colors. Here is the honest case for printing your own versus buying one.
Buying a Deck Box vs Printing One

The OreKo One Piece Deck Maker Set
The OreKo deck maker set is not just a single deck box file. It is a full kit of interchangeable parts designed for the One Piece Card Game community.
What is included: a box bottom sized for single-sleeved and double-sleeved decks, logo caps for Jolly Roger, Luffy Gear 5, RA, UTA, Bark Gecko Moria, Yamato, and Devil Fruit, blank cases for custom builds, two sample Luffy pre-configured cases, a coin and keychain maker file, and all Bambu Studio 3MF files with multi-color plates already set up.
The caps are designed to be interchangeable across bases. Print one base and a collection of caps, then swap them to match your current deck or mood. It is the closest thing to a fully customizable TCG deck box system available as a printable file.
Print Settings for Best Results
The box and cap print differently because they serve different purposes:
Box body: Speed and function. Print at 0.20mm layer height, 10% infill, 2 wall lines. Clean result in under 2 hours on a Bambu Lab printer.
Logo caps: Detail is everything. Print at 0.08mm layer height, 100% infill, 2 wall lines, 9 top and 7 bottom layers. The Jolly Roger skull, Gear 5 sun halo, and RA lettering come out sharp and legible at this setting.
Multi-color (AMS): Open the 3MF file in Bambu Studio. All color assignments are pre-configured. Load your chosen colors into the AMS slots and slice.
Single-color printers: Print the box base in one color and the logo cap separately in a contrasting color. Press-fit or lightly glue the cap to the base for a two-tone result on any printer.
One Piece Card Game: Sleeve Size Reference
Getting the sleeve size right matters. Here is what the OreKo boxes are designed for:
The One Piece Card Game uses standard TCG card dimensions (63 x 88mm). With a standard single sleeve the card runs approximately 65 x 90mm. With double sleeves (an inner and outer sleeve) it grows to approximately 68 x 93mm. The OreKo deck maker set includes versions for both single and double sleeve configurations. Always confirm which version you are printing before you start.
